MEDAL, in collaboration with the Estonian Doctoral School for Humanities and Arts, will offer project management training tailored to humanities PhD students and early-career researchers.
This training will cover essential project management skills, including responsibility and role distribution, effective teamwork, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work culture and values. Special attention will be given to managing diverse, distributed teams and introducing tools that can help streamline project workflows. The two-day training is led by University of Tartu Pärnu College lecturers Gea Kammer and Taavi Tamberg.
The training takes place on the 6-7 of February at the University of Tartu, on Thursday at the Ülikooli 18-139 and on Friday at Jakobi 2-438 and online.
The working language of the event is Estonian.
