Students who speak Estonian as a second language are invited to a proofreading workshop, where you can improve your text in an open and supportive atmosphere. The meeting will be held on Wednesdays from 8:30–10 AM at Lossi 3-126.

Why participate?

  • In the workshop, we will try out the skills that will help you in your writing.
  • Tutors will answer your questions and guide you to notice problems with spelling, style, wording, etc.
  • Learning together gives you more than you might initially think: it supports, generates new thoughts, encourages you to ask questions and discuss.

Bring a text you have written in Estonian, for example a written work from a course or a thesis. You don't have to have a finished text – you can also come with a work in progress piece of writing. Participation does not oblige you to share the text with others.

  • The workshop is free, but pre-registration is required. Register here.
  • We will provide coffee, tea, and cookies at the meeting.
